Sabrina is an amazing instructor, her classes are fun and the vibe is great. It’s hard to get into her class but it is sure worth the wait!!! 🌟🤩👍🏻 I take Andrea’s class on Tuesdays! I love how knowledgeable she is about the anatomy and really focuses on a full body workout! 🌟🤩 👏🏻 I just took a control class with Sarah and she was wonderful! 🌟👍🏻🌟 Very attentive to form!

This was a free beginners class and I thoroughly enjoyed it! It did make me realize how weak I have become and I think this is the type of class I need!
