Monica, FrancEs, Hunter, Sabrina, and Arnold are ALL absolutely amazing instructors. Each one brings their own personality and energy to class, making every workout challenging. They push you to become stronger, encourage you when you feel like giving up (😂) and somehow always know to make it fun.
