Sabrina’s Pilates classes are fantastic. I used to attend mat classes in person but now join the online class on a Wednesday. In the past I’ve found it difficult to motivate myself to do online classes but because these are done live, in realtime it’s much easier - I don’t have the same temptation to miss a class or stop half way through!
