…has almost gone and I’ve felt stronger with better posture. Two years is probably the longest I’ve stuck with any regime and it’s definitely in part thanks to Sabrina’s encouragement and support. She’s a fantastic teacher full of knowledge and positivity. If you’re thinking about giving Pilates a go don’t look any further!
