A wonderful Pilates class which I've attended for approx 12 years! Sally is very attuned to all her client's needs. Classes are balanced in terms of just the right amount of challenge but also fun. Thoroughly recommend.

I have been attending Sally’s Pilates classes both in person and online for over 5 years now and throughly enjoy the sessions. She is an excellent teacher, who is professional and attentive to attendees individual needs. Highly recommended!
I can thoroughly recommend Sally, having done her Pilates class for ten years. The first few years I went to her class in Birstall, then (since the onset of Covid) I've done an online class from home. Either way works. Sally is an excellent teacher and makes her classes enjoyable, explaining alternative easier moves if required.
Totally recommend Ashfield Pilates sessions! Sally is an excellent instructor and I have benefited from her classes for many years.
