Sam fell in love with Pilates at Club Pilates Quebec Plaza, where she has been a member since the day it opened. Through the passion and expertise of its instructors, she was inspired not only to dedicate herself to Pilates as a way of life, but to become certified as a Comprehensive Instructor and share her love of the joy of movement with others. Although Sam is a Colorado native, she also lived in Seattle for ten years, where she met her husband and practiced law as a Public Defender. #StrongerEveryday!
