About Sam

Sam (Samantha) obtained her Pilates Cerification through the Club Pilates teacher training program in 2025. She began teaching as an apprentice in 2026. In the summer of 2023 Sam took an intro class at Club Pilates and fell instantly in love. “I knew right away that this is where I was supposed to be.” After working as a caregiver for 18 years, Sam changed her career in 2025 to train as a Pilates instructor. Sam loves to help and connect with people, and now she is beyond thrilled to share her passion for Pilates through teaching. Sam’s moTto is “God and family first, the rest will figure itself out”. A few of Sam’s favorite things are nature, music, writing, and animals. She loves to spend her free time listening to music outside, watching tv shows with her family, or babysitting her many nieces and nephews.
