I absolutely love Fortides! I started coming during my pregnancy and felt so supported and welcomed from day one. The instructors and the whole team create such a friendly, uplifting atmosphere. Maggie, Emily, and Samantha are all incredible, so encouraging and full of great energy. Even though it’s sometimes a 30-minute drive with traffic, it’s always worth it.
