Sammi began her Pilates journey in 2011 after she began her 200 yoga teacher training. She concurrently got her Pilates certification and has been teaching ever since. Her passion for movement as medicine heavily influences her methodology for training the people in her community. She’s always excited to welcome new members to her classes.
