Attended my first class today at Monarch Pilates and it was amazing! I’ve never done a workout class before and was honestly pretty intimidated by them since I knew I wouldn’t know what to do, but coming here everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. Sandy was an amazing instructor and had me engaging my core in new ways I had never even thought about. I can’t wait to keep trying new classes
