Sara began her fitness journey 10 years ago. After years of failed fertility attempts that had taken their toll on her body, She began working with her personal trainer, and after reaching her 1st weight loss goal in 14 weeks, she's been pushing her boundaries ever since. Wishing to pay it forward, Sara became an ACE Fitness Certified Group Fitness Instructor, although not actually finding her true desire to teach until discovering passion for Pilates, and becoming a Balanced Body Comprehensively Trained Pilates Instructor. Sara consistently practices what she preaches, taking classes and private sessions with her mentor, and incorporates the Pilates principles into all aspects of her workouts. Each and every class Sara's focus is to provide a balance of essential exercises and favorites, incorporating a degree of challenge and progression, with a keen focus on proper form. Sara not only fell in love with the exercises and the theory, but the positive changes in her state of mind and her body that quickly took hold, and she just wanted to share this with others. She loves that feeling of turning an "I can't" exercise into a proud Pilates moment for her clients. "I love witnessing my clients learn the physical and mental benefits of Pilates from outside and inside the studio!" Sara’s so excited to come share her infectious Pilates passion as a Pilates Instructor at Club Pilates Coral Springs.
