…'s even better when I can see my body line improving with my own eyes. All the instructors are so friendly, wonderful, and knowledgeable. I'm grateful to Nada, Sara, Jillian, Sami, Madelyn, Heather, and Kyleigh. Specially, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Kelly for opening a Pilates studio in Sylvania. I would love to recommend pilates to others.
