Sara was introduced to Pilates at a very young age through the world of dance. Throughout college she continued to pursue ballet and modern, where Pilates served to strengthen and cross-train for performance. Her love for movement led to becoming a group fitness instructor in 2011 and then a personal trainer in 2013. The opportunity to become a Pilates instructor only seemed natural. Since 2017 Sara has enjoyed learning the reformer, chair, and other apparatus. As a STOTT Pilates instructor she appreciates the classic sequencing but enjoys the creativity of infinite exercise options. Sara continues to enjoy doing Pilates for its feel-good qualities to alleviate and prevent injury while challenging balance, coordination and strength.
