Sarah joined the Club Pilates Clarkston team working at the front desk and quickly felt at home in the studio. She loves connecting with members and fellow staff, building relationships that make the studio a welcoming and supportive space. After experiencing the incredible benefits of Pilates for herself—building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall well-being—Sarah decided to take her passion to the next level by pursuing instructor training. She officially began teaching in December and is excited to continue learning and growing as part of the team. With a background in athletics, including 11 years of playing softball, Sarah has always been active. Pilates has become her favorite way to build strength, improve body awareness, and achieve a balanced lifestyle. Her classes focus on creating a fun and inclusive environment where clients of all fitness levels can feel comfortable and empowered. Sarah’s goal is to help everyone move with confidence and strength through mindful, controlled movements. Outside of the studio, Sarah loves staying active and spending time outdoors. Whether she’s walking, tending her herb garden, or exploring new places, she finds joy in movement and connection. Sarah can’t wait to support others in their Pilates journey and help them discover their own mind-body connection!
