After discovering Club Pilates in 2020, Sarah found interest and inspiration in the practice of Joseph Pilates’ method of exercise, and has been an active member at the studio since this time. She personally believes this practice helps build strength, balance, stability, mobility and flexibility through slow and controlled movements. As a Registered Nurse trained in mental health, she also values the mind/body connection and positive impact this form of exercise has on mood/mental wellbeing. Sarah is currently pursuing a 500-hour comprehensive training program and is looking forward to helping clients meet their wellness goals. Outside of the studio, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors with her two children and dogs.
