Sarah M is such a knowledgeable instructor! It is very obvious that she has loads of experience and is well-versed in anatomy! She really encouraged us to sink into our stretches in Center & Balance.

Great Pilates studio with amazing instructors. I love how they have different types of Pilates equipment, including the reformer, chair and spring board. I also have to shoutout my favorite instructor Sarah! If you’re looking for a challenge that’s actually fun and rewarding, definitely try her class! She’s the best.
