Instructor: 5/5 As of now, there’s only 1 instructor. Sarah is very professional and does not play with Pilates. In her class, you debate if you’re doing Pilates or you’re in the gym. You will definitely sweat but she will make sure your form is correct and adjust if you have any issues such as knee
