About Sasha

Sasha, from Indianapolis, Indiana, went to Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!) and graduated with a degree in Fitness and Wellness. She fell in love with dance at 8 years old and continued to dance until she was 19 years old. She earned her yoga certification and studied kinesiology throughout her time at IU. She loves working with others and being able to make a difference in someone’s day. She loves cracking jokes and says her goofy side comes out more often than not! She believes health is wealth and that taking care of mental and physical well being is the best thing one can do to make themselves happy. She is super excited to be able to help people reach their flexibility and mobility goals here at StretchLab Wicker Park!
