Sedona first started going to Pilates after looking for a new workout routine and immediately fell in love. She found Pilates as a way to improve her overall health, and help with some chronic shoulder pain. With that love of Pilates, she is currently in training to become an instructor to help others learn and improve in their Pilates practice. She moved to the Fort Collins area in early 2024 and if not in the studio can be found hiking, baking, or spending time with her fiancé and two dogs.
