Amazing instructor! I did Pilates with Serap throughout my pregnancy and it definitely helped to keep me strong and ready for birth and eased any stiffness and back pain I was experiencing. She is a fabulous instructor and a wonderfully calm person, who makes every session interesting and challenging. Highly recommended.
