Serap is able to tailor the work to challenge and push you in just the right way. Transformed my Life! Serap is the best Pilates instructor, I tried many others before and never had the same experience as with Serap. Amazing instructor! I did Pilates with Serap throughout my pregnancy and it definitely helped to keep me strong and ready for birth and eased any stiffness and back pain I was experiencing.
