Serap and all her team provide incredible Pilates sessions in a friendly, encouraging environment. The studio is just a few paces from the Bayswater tube station so it’s convenient even if you don’t live in the immediate area. Absolutely worth travelling for a session!

Serap is brilliant… She’s a serious pilates instructor who has studied for many years, she has great equipment and immediately works out what your problem areas are and how to fix them. Highly recommend!
