Shannon Grossi was first introduced to Pilates when she received reformer classes as a gift. After several sessions she started seeing the results and always felt challenged and proud of her accomplishments. Shannon wanted to become an instructor to learn more about the method and to pass on everything she gets out of Pilates to her students. In 2009 she started to pursue her certification through Power Pilates mat and apparatus training. Shannon is a compassionate and caring instructor and will take the time to make sure you get something out of every session. In addition to Pilates, Shannon also enjoys tennis, biking, hiking, running and teaching barre classes as well. Shannon has used Pilates to prevent injuries and curtail any potential injuries while training for the Boston marathon. Pilates is a wonderful compliment to any workout and helps her stay strong and injury free.
