She has spent her entire life in dance, choreography and education arenas. Knee surgery recovery brought her to Club Pilates years ago and the speedy, successful recovery of her knees, along with total-body strength she recognized from her practice, kept her returning to Pilates for consistent workouts that don’t overstress the body and protect from additional injuries. Shannon joined Club Pilates Teacher Training in 2025 and brings energy and enthusiasm to her challenging, yet accessible classes.
