Sharada is a comprehensively PMA trained instructor through Club Pilates and an 18 year practitioner of Pilates. Sharada carries the following philosophies around Pilates that demonstrates her approach as an instructor: “Pilates is not about perfection, it is about personal responsibility.” “Pilates is not about working out, it is about understanding our body engineering.” Additionally, she is a certified kickboxing instructor with 7 years experience in kickboxing, and TRX certified with 5 years experience practicing on TRX. She loves staying active through playing tennis as well. For Sharada, it is an honor and a privilege to coach & help people through Pilates! Sharada teaches in Allen every other Sunday 12p-3p! She has the BEST energy; if you know her, you know!!!!!
