About Sharon

Sharon Kaminski obtained her Pilates Certification through Club Pilates in 2019. Sharon has been teaching at Club Pilates since 2019. Originally from Fair Lawn, NJ and now residing in Butler, NJ. Sharon was drawn to Club Pilates because she has a passion for helping others feel stronger, move better, and gain confidence in their bodies. She believes Pilates is for everyone, and enjoys creating a welcoming and supportive environment where clients can grow at their own pace. Teaching allows her to share her love of movement, build meaningful connections, and celebrate each client’s progress. She is grateful to be part of a community that promotes health, wellness, and lifelong learning When she’s not at the studio teaching, Sharon enjoys spending time with family and friends, sharing good food and conversation, and unwinding with a glass of wine.
