I started coming to FreedOM a few years ago.. I was very timid, as I had little experience in the hot room but after my first class here I was hooked! The owner, Shawna and all of the instructors here make you feel right at home. I took a 4 month hiatus last year because I moved and went to a different studio closer to where I lived.
