I love this studio! Friendly staff and the instructors makes the class so fun! I was anxious about trying a harder class, I told my instructor Shay, she was so nice and cheered me on and even prepped me before class started. So sweet! LIV is amazing! And Clair is a girls girl! I love finishing the class with her essential oil spray and quote cards.

…it opened and I feel very good and motivated after each class. All the instructors are excellent and bring their own unique vibe. Special shout out to Claire, Shay, and Liv… they’re my faves so far. The studio is very welcoming, clean and well maintained. Everyone is respectful and are there to practice Pilates, not just for the aesthetic. I always look forward to my next clas…
