Feels like a wellness centre ….. amazing teachers Simone and her team are all so unique in what they offer to each and every class. So professional and welcoming from the minute you walk in the door !!!! They have it all, yoga, reformer barre and mat classes, sauna and ice baths ….couldn’t find any better LOVE IT !!!!! Challenges and healthy menus to help motivate you constantly !!! The best !!!

…'t matter what class I go to I'm always going to be pushed and have a good time. I love the range of classes from Hot Mat to barre to even the infrared saunas. Simone and her team are all so kind and friendly. They also always put on fun events and giveaways which is an added bonus.
