About Sissy

“Born in Athens, Greece. Keen on sports and dance from an early age. From the age of ten, started ballet and jazz lessons and soon enough, started participating in several competitions. At the age of eighteen, studied English literature in the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. At the same time, studied gymnastics in a private school of Athens. At 22, started working at gyms as a personal trainer and soon enough, started working as a Pilates Instructor. At the age of 26, became the chief of cheerleaders in the European basketball team “Panathinaikos”. Having worked for 6 years as a Pilates Instructor and as a ballet teacher, loves progression in all aspects of her job.
