Sky, an instructor at Club Pilates in Piscataway, is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and has a background in physical therapy. Her personal experience with Pilates during recovery from surgery has fostered a deep commitment to movement and rehabilitation, influencing her supportive teaching style. Sky is dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and a greater awareness of their bodies through Pilates Reformer sessions.
