I had never done Lagree or reformer pilates but Skylar made me feel comfortable and it was a great work out! Beautiful facility and super convenient location!

Full disclosure…..I didn’t think I’d like this at all and as soon as I entered the room, Skylar made us feel welcomed and energized. Loved this workout!! Will def be getting a membership and looking forward to the next class!

First time trying Lagree was a positive experience! Everyone was welcoming, and the instructor Skylar was encouraging and made sure everyone knew what to do. A great workout!
