I am pleased to give Sofia and The Pilates Place a 5 star rating! Sofia is extremely knowledgeable and guides me well. She keeps my private class interesting, helps me with my technique to avoid injuries and encourages me to push myself. Also, I appreciate the cleanliness and the boutique feel.
After having done personal Pilates sessions for 14 years prior to moving to FL, I began searching for a similar experience here; I hoped to find a small, personal studio with an instructor trained in classical Pilates. I am thrilled to have found exactly what I was looking for! The studio is clean, bright, and inviting, and Sofia is a wonderful instructor! She is well-trained, pays great attention
Sofia it’s very knowledgeable and professional. She makes sure you do each exercise properly and pushes you to do most you can handle. I especially like the workout being one on one. She keeps the equipment clean and in good working condition. I definitely recommend Sofia to as a Pilates instructor.
