In our tech-heavy world, poor posture is increasingly common. Pilates teaches proper alignment, helping members become aware of and correct postural issues, which can alleviate back pain and reduce strain on the body. I decided to become an instructor after experiencing hip and knee pain from over training while running. Pilates realigned my hips, relieving the imbalance and pressure. This inspired me to help others find similar relief and strength through Pilates. My personal experiences in my Pilates journey led me to complete the 500-hour Teacher Training Program receiving my certificate in June of 2024.
