A Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor, she holds a 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates certification and has specialties in Perinatal Pilates and the Pilates Suspension Method. Now the Lead Instructor at Club Pilates in West Hartford, Sophie is dedicated to creating inclusive and engaging classes that empower her clients to embrace Pilates as a lifelong journey.
