About Stefania

Stefania comes from Montreal, Quebec (Canada) and has worked as a personal trainer for a wide variety of clients for over five years. She graduated from McGill University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and is now working on her Master’s in Applied Kinesiology and Physiology at the University of Florida. Stefania was a competitive dancer for 16 years and Figure skater for 20 years, competing as a synchronized figure skater for Team Canada for the last six years of her career. Stefania is passionate about making people feel better and loves to share her knowledge with clients.
