I LOVED that she stopped the chatty Cathy’s before class began so we could focus on her instructions! It’s clear she is a disciple of Stephanie’s (said with love ❤️)… Longer planks and more repetitions per movement… More like a Stephanie 1.45 class 🤷♀️💪
