Love this studio! I took the Ignite 2.0 with Steven and I loved the class. The combos were really unique and challenging but still doable, which made it fun and engaging the whole time. Steven had great energy and created such a welcoming vibe. I left feeling strong and energized. I live in Boston a
beautiful & clean studio with friendly and supportive coaches. the classes are challenging but not unattainable. i have taken steven, ari, kelly, and vals classes and they are all unique in their own ways! exactly what this area of CT needed and i’m thrilled to be apart of the community
