Great class, well paced, lots of diversity in movement. Summer, the instructor, did a great job giving adjustments to participants. Highly recommend

Had a great first experience during my intro class with Summer as the instructor! It was my first time trying out reformer pilates and instantly became a fan. I signed up for their first tier membership of 4 classes a month and am excited to see how they go. So far, a fun experience!
