Surabhi is a Pilates instructor and trained comprehensively through Balanced Body. She enjoys teaching group Reformer classes, and also likes helping members recover and strengthen through private sessions on Trapeze Table, Ladder Barrel and Chair apparatus. She has been leading group fitness classes for over decade, teaching various performance like Barre, Zumba and Yoga. When she is not teaching, she enjoys, knitting, reading, and soaking up the sun! She recently moved from Seattle Washington, and loves the weather and friendly people of SoCal and she can’t wait to meet you!
