I’ve completed close to over 1000 classes and am loving it!Staff and facilities are excellent. All instructors are just wonderful. My fav instructors are Linda, Faye, Susan, Katreena. Vanessa is terrific and superb teacher and makes every inch of your muscle work! Linda is hands down veteran, Susan

Susan is an amazing Pilates instructor. She may be teaching a whole studio of people but she also focusses on the needs of each individual. Her years of instructing are evident in her approach to our classes.
