About Susan
Susan Lau discovered Pilates while residing in Tucson and later moved to Colorado to be near her family. After completing her Mat Pilates Training, she pursued further education through the Comprehensive Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. Now teaching at Club Pilates in Lafayette, Susan is passionate about helping others experience the benefits of Pilates Reformer for both physical well-being and mental clarity.
