Susan started practicing Pilates over fourteen years ago while she was an avid equestrian. She found that Pilates strengthened and balanced her body, especially her core, which translated to being strong in the saddle. Pilates also helped to balance her horse and kept a recurring pesky back problem at bay! Since joining Club Pilates Rotunda in 2022, Susan has been committed to practicing 5-6 days/week and has significantly shifted imbalances in her body, made her core super-strong and really increased her flexibility in measurable ways. She is eager to share her passion for the practice with others and help them with whatever challenges they face in their bodies so they can live their best lives.
