Susi is a native New Yorker, and has been a practitioner and an enthusiast of classical Pilates for decades. Through the Pilates practice, she was able to recover from a life-saving surgery, and to regain functional movement, improve core strength and flexibility, and prevent injury. The integrity of the Pilates method (classical & contemporary) incorporates controlled movements with mind-body-breath connection critical for the full benefits of Pilates. Pilates is a humbling experience and a great adventure that helps to move better. Everyone and every "body" can benefit from Pilates. Susi is a Certified Pilates Instructor (completed 500-hour Comprehensive Teacher Training Program and CP Bridge Training Course), TRX-Qualified (completed TRX Suspension Training Course), and a member of the Pilates Method Alliance. She also has a doctorate in Neuroscience and Physiology. Her passion is to share the love of Science and the full benefits of Pilates.
