My mom & I have Been going to Pilates o ka la for several months now and WE LOVE IT. Not only do I feel more physically stronger, but have also noticed that some of my chronic pain (that I’ve hard for years) has diminished :) We love using the various equipment they have including the reformer, Cadillac, mat, and chair. We do duo classes with suz and she is the best!!! Always tailoring our session
