About Suzy

My journey started with the practice of Pilates back in 2020 when the pandemic hit and everything closed. A year and a half later with a little encouragement from a friend, I decided to sign up for teacher training. Just so happened to be one of the best things I’ve ever done. Little did I know what a game changer and a huge blessing this has become. Teaching and guiding one into becoming a stronger individual is a wonderful and rewarding experience. There is always something new and interesting to learn about the practice of Pilates. I look forward to sharing that knowledge with everyone now and in the future.
