Tamara is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist with a background in calisthenics and gymnastics. She has a strong understanding of body control, mobility, and how strength and flexibility work together to support long-term movement health. In each session, Tamara focuses on helping clients reduce tension, improve range of motion, and move more efficiently - whether you’re looking to relieve pain, support performance, or simply feel better day to day. Outside the studio, she enjoys yoga, climbing, surfing, and dance, and believes that the ability to move freely is something we should never take for granted!
