About Tammy

Tammy is a California native. She came to Texas 10 years ago. After suffering a knee injury she knew Pilates was her answer. Tammy’s work was in the non-profit sector, which is where she found her love for advocacy. During a class one day they announced teacher training, she knew that was what she wanted to grow old doing. Cheering on the client to be their best and being a part of the journey is the greatest job she could ask for. In Tammy’s free time you can find her walking her 5 pound chihuahua Honey, watching her grandkids play sports or drinking coffee.
