About a year ago, I started taking some Pilates classes and was totally hooked. Then, I began the Pilates Teacher Training program through Club Pilates. I am so thankful to have an opportunity to be a part of the Club Pilates Team! Everyone at Club Pilates is so friendly and passionate about helping others achieve better health through Pilates. Pilates is a fun, low impact, full body exercise that helps improve posture, muscle balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, enhancing body awareness, coordinating breath with movement, reducing stress, and so much more!
