About Tammy
Tammy Strek is a dedicated Pilates Reformer instructor at Club Pilates in Suffolk. After a fulfilling 35-year career in public education, where she served as the Director of School Counseling, she retired in 2019 and turned her passion for fitness into a new endeavor. Tammy is excited to share her love for movement and create a welcoming environment for her students.
