Tara

Club Pilates in Colleyville has great instructors! Today Tara was my instructor, she is consistently good and very sweet.

Tara is an excellent instructor at Club Pilates. She explains the benefit of all exercises we do and she makes sure that anyone with injuries or surgeries that may make some of the moves difficult or not good for your particular condition is addressed with alternative exercises.
