…use the word “healer.” Truly. I still do exercises at home that Carla taught me years ago on the reformer. Recently, after a bout of pneumonia I started seeing Tara, the physical therapist at Posture. She’s wonderful! She has a great ability to meet a client where they are in life and lift them up both mentally and physically. Posture is the place!

Posture Studio is phenomenal. I did a few private sessions with Carla before jumping into reformer classes and she has been life-changing! Some of my other favorite teachers are Jennifer, Tara, and Nina. Also, Lisa is such a helpful admin I wish every office had her. A great studio, with a very welcoming attitude by all!
