Never looked forward to exercise until now! I felt very comfortable, taking classes with a variety of women of all ages and size. Tara has so much positive energy as well as many of the other instructors. They will make you want to come back for more!

Best Pilates studio in Chapin! Tara and her team are all exceptionally trained and their classes are always challenging. They do a great job modifying exercises for all fitness levels, including expecting mothers. It’s a friendly environment with welcoming staff and clients, I look forward to going to class as part of my weekly routine!
